Håfa Adai, Lisa, thank you for your kind words! We will pass them along to our team. The local sauce with the calamansi is called finadene and it is really tasty with rice and BBQ. Everyone has their spin on the exact recipe, but have a look online and we're sure you'll be able to recreate some of the island flavor back home :)
