Thank you for your feedback. We apologize greatly for the inconvenience caused by the relocation. A hurricane is something that we hope no one ever has to experience. Our first priority in that situation is to ensure that our guests are safe. Luckily, we were able to get you to a safe place for the remainder of your stay. Although, we wish you could have stayed at your desired resort for the entirety of your vacation. We have made significant changes in our procedures based on this experience. Preventative measures are taken by our resort exterminator on a regular basis to ensure that bugs are not an issue. Being in the Caribbean, this is a common occurrence that must be maintained daily. After a storm like Hurricane Earl, they are more difficult to contain. We have re-evaluated the area and increased the control accordingly. Thank you again for your review.
