Dear Citadel_DadX2, words cannot describe our speechless astonishment when reading this review. The mere listing of what you remembered of things done for you warmed our hearts. Although they do these things from the depths of their hearts, it is so great for our team to read these things recognized by you. Your stay was one of those acquaintances which we will remember for a very long time. Your dear children were a pleasure every time we saw them here at reception desk and found it amazing, how quickly they learned German (e.g."Kann ich bitte einen Schlüssel haben" :-)). We loved the little chats we had at reception desk with both of you and which are so important to us to learn from each other. These are the basics of good relationship and this is why the contact to our guests is so significant to us. The beautiful flowers you left here for the team and your respect for them and their work made them very happy. We as the managers of this hotel can only say: thank you! Thank you for staying with us, thank you for showing so much warmth to us and our team and thank you for sharing your views with us and the tripadvisor community.
