Many Thanks for your recent review. I'm sorry to hear that you felt the staff skill wasn't up to standards and that the food let you down. We have just over the last couple of weeks re-designed how the sandwiches on the menu should be served making them much more exciting and some of the ingredients have also changed. The club sandwich is now served on warm baguette and is very tasty and filling. I do hope that with my assurances that our menu offering has vastly improved and with the promise of further staff tranining that you would consider us again the future. Kind Regards Heather
