    I have just attended one of the sourdough bread baking courses at Bakehouse 24 in Ringwood. What a very pleasant, useful, informative experience in a friendly environment. The course contents were well suited for the new and regular home sourdough bakers. Pete the owner/baker conducted the course during the day.
