Dear Guest Thank you for your overall positive comments. You were in a suite of which we have ten all bespoke. The remaining accommodation is segmented as Executive or standard at a lesser tariff. By law we have to have a sheltered outside for a smoking area, ours is the front of the Hotel. There really is no other practical area for it. We have food available at night as demonstrated with the Night Manager making you a sandwich. After 9.30 p.m. there are no chefs to cook anything that is normal for most three star type properties. Sorry you were disturbed by others. Unfortunately it can and does happen although its not a common occurrence. When we are aware of an accommodation disturbance from another guest informing us or from our own observations we react accordingly. I am sure you can appreciate there are no indicators when we accept a booking from either a resident or a non resident of behavioral traits that may occur. Fortunately the vast majority of guests behave with respect to others. Sorry you were disturbed on the night. Thank you for your comments. Duncan Reich A.I.H. General Manager
