Dear gwtpr2015 I am really sorry that your stay in Grand Palladium Vallarta was a disappointed experience. We are working every day in order to improve our services and we really appreciate all comments that help us to know which we are falling. This is a big hotel and there are a lot of guests and sometimes, it is quite difficult to fill all our guests’ expectations. Nevertheless there are some issues that we can correct immediately and we will. As you know, some points, like ramps or rooms decorations are more difficult to do.
