Within our guests welcome letter, our team at YUJ spa gives details on how to reserve your honeymoon package massage, please know that we will review our welcome letter has no errors, to ensure that you will not encounter any issue son your next visit to our resort. Thank you for your review of our Boat House. The prices of the boat house are in line with all 5 star resorts; however, I am saddened to hear that you did not enjoy your experience due to the instructor. We will ensure to investigate the issues that you have raised. Unfortunately during our high season, we have high occupancies on certain days, and with the majority of our guests arriving in the early morning due to flight schedules to the island, there are instances where we are only able to give a late checkout upon availability as with all resorts and hotels.
