We are so sorry that you were disappointed at your most recent dining experience with us. All of your comments are appreciated and will be shared with both the executive chef and his staff. . You are absolutely correct that the gazpacho should be thicker and full of flavor and the romaine should have been grilled whole. These items are both popular and have been on our summer menu since June so there is no excuse why they were not prepared to our normal standards. The lobster bisque in the photo does look like the color of our bisque ( a brown pink) and does appear to have some lobster chunks. Did you share your disappointment with your server? Did she have a manager come to the table and remove these items from your bill? Again, we are truly sorry for you unpleasant experience, but appreciate that your shared them so we can continue to strive to be the better.
