I am truly sorry that there was an odor in the bar area when you dined with us. My bar manager informed me that we were having an issue with our beer tap system and the issue has been corrected. Sandy is a true professional and has worked with us for over 20 years so I know you enjoyed his service. Our grilled Caesar salad is a popular item and not sure why the dressing was not up to our standards; our chef is checking the recipe. Again I am sorry that the scallops were over cooked and there is no excuse for them to be overcooked because we are busy. Did Sandy have the salad and scallops removed from your check? If not, could you provide your email address so that we may have the opportunity to make this right?
