We are so sorry. Just like everyone's home we have our share of break downs and leaks. We do our best to avoid them, but it happens. And when it happens in our Inn, we try to make things right and convey our apologies appropriately. We are so sorry that was not the case for this reviewer. Although the plumber came right after this reviewer checked out, we appreciate the guest's comments and hope the rest of their Vineyard visit met their expectations.
