I am glad to see that as usual you enjoyed the natural beauty of our island as well as the spa. Of course I am sorry that Meeru did not meet your expectations on your last visit. I am disappointed to learn that you were not given a better treatment, especially as a loyal repeater. I would like to sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had during your stay as you know this is not our usual standard of service. I have discussed your concerns with my team and addressed the issues with the relevant department. Regarding the cultural differences and the protection of the nature, I would like to say that fortunately what you saw is definitely not a general behavior but only the fact of few individuals. Anyway we of course always appreciate when our guests are concerned and want to defend the natural beauty of Maldives, so thank you. It is our duty to educate our guests on how to respect what Mother Nature gave us here in the Maldives. That is why we inform each and every guests on arrival and in their room about the proper behavior they should have to help us protect our environment.
