Hello Bill, I was sorry to read of your child's experience with one of our crew members in Oak Bluffs. Managing several hundred passengers in Oak Bluffs can be a bit challenging at times, as the Island Queen does not own the property at which we dock. The Oak Bluffs dock is open to the public and so it requires very specific protocols to ensure the best possible experience for our passengers.
