This was a very nice/clean Hyatt property. I had a very good rate from Hotwire ($105/night). I requested a room on a high floor. My request was granted and it even faced Lake Michigan! Here are my issues: 1). The hotel is somewhat isolated. It's definitely a conference type…

Dear FFWA, Thank you for choosing us for your Chicago visit. I'm happy to hear that you got a good value and enjoyed the Lake Michigan views. We greatly apologize that you did not enjoy our bar scene. You will be happy to hear that we are currently looking into renovating and re-concepting all of our dining spaces including M/X Lounge. More details to come. Please keep us in mind for future White Sox games as well as concerts at Northerly Island and sporting events at Soldier Field as we are walking distance to these attractions.
