Our team is very passionate about being able to provide the most exceptional service to our guests that stay with us as we want to make it a memorable experience they will not forget. Unfortunately, we have fallen short of our goal during your recent stay. The hotel as it is setup has a very limited number of room types. Not all of our rooms have a balcony, the additional upgrade fee is determined if the room has a balcony as well as having a side view of the Bay. Please accept our sincere apology on how this was explained, we are currently reviewing our policy for future guests.
