No reservation nessary if you are there just for the rooftop bar. $5 parking on 7th and Hill. Line starts at 9 pm, come early. Take elevator to 13th floor, another elevator to 16th floor, another line to get to the rooftop. COME EARLY, dress warm in winter. Drinks reasonbaly…
