    The good: 1. Staff. No issues and helpful. I personally don't use services like valet (this property doesn't have it anyhow), luggage or similar so only deal with front desk and restaurant staff. 2.     Thank you for your well thought out feedback. There are pluses and minuses to every hotel. What we lack in structural features we make up for in atmosphere and view.
