Thank you very much for this wonderful and complete review! We keep every concern as a recommendation to improve our product and service to all our guests. About smoking, well the more recent Costa Rican law, doesn't permit to smoke in areas such us hotels and many other buildings. But we hope, after this little inconvenient that you enjoy your stay with us. A big and tropical hug from Costa Rica!!!
