Dear Guest Thank you so much for reviewing our property we are glad you enjoyed the common areas and location of our place which is nearby to all major locations though all of it is a short ride away and most people prefer to take a auto or a cab especially in the summer time rather than walking through the crowded area . Alsisar haveli was built by my ancestors in 1892 and started operating as a hotel in 1994 thus most rooms and common areas have a old world charm to them. I would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you faced regarding the rooms I have already looked into it and necessary action has been taken.As far as the bike rental is concerned we apologise but we only provide auto and cab services and are no very well familiar with bike rentals in Jaipur and hence refrained from making any suggestions that may have caused you further dismay.Moreover it was too short a notice to find out and revert to you since you required it so early and we were informed last minute.Though I do hope we could have helped you more. I apologise for the trouble and inconvenience and I hope you will provide us with a second chance to serve you better. Warm regards, Dhruv Singh
