Room and frontdesk stafg are pretty good but pool and gym area were dirty as hell. Nobody monitored to see the previous night party in time for a noon swim at the pool! Hotel is new and there is no phone extension at the pool or gym as well. Crazy! How do you get some water or…

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Unfortunately we do not have a team that monitors these areas of gym and pool 24 hours, but we will align better with our governance team so that this does not happen again. For bar orders we already had a telephone in the area inside the pool. We hope to receive you again.
