We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered in regards to THE room condition, bathroom cleanliness, AC temperature and the inconsistent quality of the shredded Szechuan chicken. We agree that this is unacceptable and we are terribly sorry that we let you down through your stay.
