We do put a lot of efforts in trying to provide a great "Malay experience" to our guests! Reading the amazing note which you published on the Tripadvisor is mind blowing! As the General Manager I could not have done a better job! We do have an "Intelligent luxury" approach in everything we do, yes! You got it spot on, we have no intention to compete with other five stars hotels and we just do what we do in the belief that it is a right thing to do...
