Hello Dear Denis Bradley Thanks for so kind comments. After this long long long words, We dont what can say. But We understood you are happy in our hotel. Just for the tours, it is agency procedure, not our business. But thşs year really street agencies destroying system and without insurance. If somethings happen, no any insurance. Maybe they dont have licence. Your safety more important I think. But our rooms, our foods and hotel is ok, I would like to see you in our hotel again. Thank a lot Yılgör Demritaş
