Dear Geogia S, I appreciate your frank review and would like firstly to express my sadness that we were unable to match your expectations. We are very appreciative of our Trip Advisor reviewers but as I’m sure you are aware, every guest will have a different experience and this needs to be taken into account if making a holiday decision based upon reviews. Far from dismissing negative comments, as I have said before, we welcome feedback from our guests both positive and negative. I urge guests to come and talk to us whilst on holiday so that we may try and put things right. I have spoken to our guest relations manager who does not recall having met with you to discuss your concerns and also our technical department has received no call with regards your faulty hairdryer, although they did receive a message to attend to your shower which I hope was resolved. We take hygiene very seriously at the hotel and I am concerned that you say you found hair in your food. I will ask our chefs to be extra vigilant.. Continuing with your complaints about the restaurant, please let me say again that food is not recycled from breakfast to lunch. I am present myself most days and have never seen a pancake or French toast at lunchtime. We DO have filtered coffee at breakfast. It is served in a pot to your table. There are also machines for those who prefer self- service and instant coffee. In addition to the instant machines in the Breeze bar, we also serve coffee made with freshly ground beans. The machine for this is next to the patisserie corner and behind the counter at the bar, one of our bar staff will happily make you the coffee of your choice. I am pleased you were happy with the location of our hotel and appreciated the views. Our hotel rooms are set in groups of 4 around the grounds in order to benefit fully from the unique surroundings. The design of the rooms means they are uncarpeted to fit in with the original rustic style. Therefore noise travelling from adjoining rooms is sometimes unavoidable and I apologise for your discomfort. Again, a quick chat with our guest relations team may have allowed us to move you to a quieter spot. I am sorry to read that you probably won’t revisit our hotel - but we don’t claim to offer ‘5* luxury’ as you have written. As the brochure states, we are a 4* plus all-inclusive resort and hope we do offer value for money.
