Dear Alkhaldi, Greeting from Avista Hideaway Resort & Spa. Thank you for your recent stay with us at Avista Hideaway. All hotel shuttles run on prior reservations as it is impossible for the hotel team to anticipate the number of guests using the service without this minor inconvenience, the purpose of which is to run a timely and efficient complimentary shuttle service. The construction around the hotel is a temporary phase over which we understand that it is not very pleasant to look at, however, we have absolutely no control over external factors. Our breakfast has been praised by almost every guest who stays with us and we have a lot of options for the guests to choose from, however, we do take your feedback and will work on adding more variety. We thank you again for the feedback and will definitely work on it to improve our services. We do hope that you will come back to stay with us to experience the change.
