I have also just been to the room you occupied and am happy to share that the electrical outlet at the desk is restored to working order. We are sorry that this wasn't the case during your stay. Note that plug adapted are available by contacting our Magic team which will turn even the bedside outlets into charging stations for various devices. It is true that the devil lies in the detail and while we go to great lengths to ensure we have double checked all to our standards, there are occasions when challenges occur.
