We do apologize for the disturbance of The Hot Air Balloon during your stay. As we explained, the experience is only taking not more than one hour in the morning and another hour in the afternoon. Rest assure that your stay will still remind calm for most of the day. While other guests were really enjoying the Balloons, we felt sorry for the inconvenience caused on your stay. We can certainly provide the tranquility in several spots of spacious area at The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah, Ubud, while enjoying your cocktail or afternoon tea.
