The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is set on 12.7 hectares of expansive and beautifully manicured beach-front and cliff-top land. With 313 hotel rooms, including 34 clifftop and ocean view villas, the luxury resort offers a dramatic location along the sweeping coastline of Nusa Dua’s southern tip. Of its many memorable features, the 180-degree unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean are undeniably a highlight, with a 70 meter high glass elevator providing guests with access to the beach; ensuring views of the lush landscape and exquisite scenery are strikingly omnipresent. Thank you for praising our culinary options at our 6 restaurants and bar where all the distinctive dishes are tempting and delicious; I am happy to read you could start your day at the Resort in the best way with a wide range of breakfast choices at the “Senses” Restaurant starting from American, Japanese, Indian, Asian, and Ritz Kids buffet breakfast for our younger VIP guest. Happy to also read that you joined our wellness activities starting from the early morning Beach-side Yoga, aerobics, boot camps, soul purification ceremonies and meditation, enjoyed our Hydro-Vital pool, and had a fun time at the “Breezes” with our bonfire activities by the beach. Those moments are truly the ones that stay in our guests memories forever and I am glad we could give you the opportunity to reconnect with your beloved ones in a fun and inspirational way. I truly appreciate your constructive feedback which I will be sharing with the respective teams for immediate improvements as such constructive feed backs are indeed extremely helpful in our constant journey of innovation and continuous improvements.
