I truly appreciated your review and feedback and I greatly value your insight. I am happy to read that you particularly enjoyed our Lagoon Suite. This room type offers access from the deck’s room into a large pool which covers the entire perimeter of the suites building. Those are a perfect choice for both families and couples who want to access to their own pool anytime, even for a swim under the stars. I see that you spent your relaxed time at the main pool which was your favorite spot. In fact, our main pool is the heart of the resort where guests can spend the day sunbathing, swimming, and relaxing as well as take part in some of the resort activities by the pool or the Beach. During your tranquil day, we pamper you with our pool amenities, infused waters, tropical fresh fruits and fresh coconut water. Our pool team will ensure everything is in place to fulfill your expressed and unexpressed wishes and that you are having a worry-free holiday with us. I’m happy that Mang De and Leon took great care of you and made sure you experience very intuitive and attentive service. Thank you for praising them as well as Omar, who has arranged your activities at the resort. Rest assured that I will personally share your kind words with each one of them and their respective teams as I am sure that your recognition and highlight will further add to each and everyone`s motivation to always provide the finest personal and anticipatory services and create memorable experiences to all our guests. Glad to also read that you had a wonderful sea weed wrap treatment at The Ritz-Carlton Spa. Our Hydro-Vital Pool at the lower ground of our Spa is as well and for sure a ``not-to-be-missed experience``. On your next visit I suggest you also try our Indian Ocean Ritual which gives you a unique combination of relaxing massage, scrub directly from the sand at beach and rinse it with the ocean water. I took note of your feed backs and I will personally share them with the respective departments head for further improvements and continuously keep the cleanliness of our Sawangan beach t its maximum especially during this season where the tides come two times a day..
