Hotel location is close to Chit-Lom BTS, but still need to take around 15 mins walk to BTS as there is no shortcut between the hotel and nearby BTS. Hotel will offer a free "Tuk Tuk" shuttle service traveling between hotel and BTS which is very convenient for my family with 2…

Dear Ricky888, Greetings to you from the Courtyard Bangkok team! Thank you for sharing your experience with the TripAdvisor community. I am happy to learn that you and your family enjoyed one of our spacious family rooms and that the small hick up in regards to the kettle was resolved immediately. Please allow me to add in regards to the skytrain distance that there are actually two stations: Rajdamri station is a 5 min walk (or 1min by Tuk Tuk) and Chitlom station is a 10-12min walk (or 5-7min by Tuk Tuk).
