From the arrival letter (with house rules), the low floor request we were able to honor for your traveling companion, the trendy breakfast offering to the customer service received from our friendly reception and concierge teams. I am so glad that our team was able to make you feel welcome. With that said, We appreciate your honest feedback and your comments relating to Housekeeping service times, car parking signage, breakfast offering and late check out times has not fallen on deaf ears.
