Thank you for taking the time to review our apartments. We are happy to assist with guest luggage up the steep stairs at the entrance, just notify the receptionist and we be more than happy to help. All the beds are new Sealy beds, and as you mentioned the hotel is very well located to Darling Harbour and King St Wharf and many of the major attractions in Sydney. The owners are looking to do lots of work on the units in the future as they have done in the last 3 years. I do hope that you come and stay again in the future to experience the improvements.
