We're very happy to hear how much you enjoyed the game drives with Damien and that he gave you such a wonderful introduction to the Mabula Private Game Reserve. We appreciate your constructive comments on the aspects of your lodge experience that you did not enjoy, and we would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the areas in which we did not deliver the service we aim to (in the case of the water supply, this was due to a technical fault that we were able to remedy during your stay).
