Dear Panizjoon; Many thanks for choosing Baia Lara Hotel among endless choices and sharing your impressions here. We are really happy to read that you was satisfied with the cleaning of our hotel. On the other side we feel really upset that you were not satisfied with some things. We'd like to state that the negative points and criticisms in your review are going to be meticulously examined and inspected by our Management Team. We would like to ascertain some things. The hygiene in our hotel is one of the most important principle and we are always controlling all the dishes to be clean. Every day and for every meal we prepare different food. There are different themes every day in our main restaurant. As for the entertainment we have soft animation concept still in the time you were in our hotel it was winter season but despite of it we organized evening shows but there is normally only life musik in the winter concept. There is one refrigerator in snack bar outside but there is other bar where you can always take something to drink. We are really upset that you did not share it during your holiday so we would have given you a better response and a better solution. Our guests'opinions are very valuable for us and that's the only way how we can improve our service every day a little bit more.
