Dear customer, 1. The thai red curry you claim only to be 'half-full" you must understand the sauce is reduced in order to make it rich in flavour. Perhaps, if you phoned in and requested specifics regarding the curry, you would've been told the curry is stir fired. Therefore, the sauce is less than a standard red curry. You can in the future request extra sauce to be added to the curry. 2. Thank you for the feedback on the pad thai. You are the first customer to ever complain since we've opened our doors. We will consider your feedback. 3. The portion size issue regarding the thai mix platter. Firstly, the platter is a starter so the size will be small (otherwise it will be a main dish) Secondly, the platter in the restaurant is exactly the same size and quality as it is in takeaway. 4. If you'd have called us directly about the issues we could have came to some resolve of these. We're happy to issue a full refund (so long as you return the food untouched) or perhaps store credit instead. 5. I think its impossible for us to give you bad service if you didn't deal with us directly (you complained via just eat / instead of actually contacting us).
