Dear Looking, We thank you for your visit and this feedback ! Awesome ! We are happy to be chosen for this new experience for you ! You explanation about rooms size is clear & precise, and effectively there is no comparison to do between here and USA, but you know that for a Boutique Hotel the Grey Hotel is an advantage according the average on the area. As you experienced, we have also rooms with terrace or balcony, which is a luxury in Paris too ! Eventually, for the breakfasts, 9€ or 15€ is not over-priced if you mention that is "all-you-can-eat", because in the bakeries around, you reach easily 7 euros for 1 orange juice, 1 coffee, 1 croissant. It will be a pleasure to see you for a next time in the Grey Hotel to try another room why not ! Best Regards !
