Visited for a couple of nights, bedroom was ok but the bathroom door was covered in urine marks and smelt awful, I did complain on the first night which fell on deaf ears so I complained again when we checked out. Hotel not that far from the centre

Hi Yvonne, Thank you for staying with Premier Inn and for taking the time to leave us a review. I am really sorry about the awful level of cleanliness you experienced on your stay at our Glasgow Argyle Hotel. This situation is completely unacceptable and I am extremely concerned at the way in which it was dealt with. I have now passed this feedback over to the Hotel Manager so they can fully investigate this incident with both the housekeeping and front of house teams so we can avoid distressing situations such as this in future. I do hope that despite these issues you give Premier Inn a chance to make things up to you and that you do choose to stay with us again in the near future. Kieren
