I’m glad you got to glimpse the ballroom; it’s one of our favourite features here at the Atlantic. As it can hold up to 500 people, the ballroom is an extremely popular wedding venue as well as being frequently in use for other events. I’m so happy to hear that our team relocated you to save any inconvenience and that you enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to one of our suites. We always want our guests to have the most relaxing stay possible and we’ll do anything within our power to accommodate them. I agree, the claw foot bath tubs are a particularly luxurious element of the spacious bathrooms! Our Silks Bistro is the only rosette awarded eatery in Newquay town and so we’re always pleased to hear our guests enjoy their dining experiences so much. I’m thrilled to be informed that you decided to stay at the Atlantic Hotel for another night instead of relocating to your other previously booked hotel.
