Thank you for your lovely review, we really appreciate people taking the time to share their experience. It was interesting to hear your comments regarding the American style pancakes, there had been some debate over flour quantities and we were experimenting with increasing the amount. Happily your comments support the "no change" camp, when you come again certainly go for the sweet pancake but also please mention this review and get a fluffy one on the house, we would really welcome your thoughts.
