In regards of your comments regarding you needed more information in our room service menu, now we have new technology available at your fingertips (i-Concierge): The Radisson iConcierge app puts all our hotel services and local area information in the palm of our guest’s hand. This app is custom built for Radisson and provides our guests with the ultimate user experience and easily delivers useful information to their fingertips. As long as a guest has access to the internet via their smartphone, tablet or laptop, they can access all of these features: • Order room service or check out the hotel’s restaurant • Request extra pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, or more coffee for the room • Ask for a wakeup call, late check-out or help with luggage • Book tickets or make reservations • Provide feedback, report an problem, or request assistance • Explore the local area with interactive maps to restaurants, attractions, shopping and much more. We also have a hard copy of guest directory available at front desk upon request, in regards there was not enough lighting in your room I will personally review your concern you identified and ensure it is properly increase the lighting. We are delighted that you enjoyed our food and service at Burgundy restaurant, I will pass along your review to our team they will appreciate your positive feedback. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience of our hot tub, our swimming pool and hot tub are scheduled for maintenance on August 16th and we are planning to reopen the pool, hot tub and steam room on August 24th, 2015.
