Hi Sarah, my sincere apologies for the concerns you brought up with your stay and I hope that the remainder of your honeymoon was special, warm & bright, and enjoyable. We have always taken pride in the art that decorates the walls of our business, I am sorry that the walls of your room were bare while we were changing the art. The facility features over 20-24 paintings in the rooms, and general areas. We purchased new, thick and soft towels already and will advise our staff to place those in the rooms, I am sincerely sorry that we did not have these in the room for you. Exceptional cleanliness has also been a hallmark of our business, thank you for bringing up clutter and dust under the bed as we promise to remediate these issues. Take care,
