Thank you very much Donald for your glowing comments on your latest vacation to Velas Vallarta and especially for your great friend Juventino. Juventino like many other employees have been in our employ for many years now. And that has created a solid loyalty between the resort and our staff and guests such as yourself are the prime benefactor for the pleasant working environment that Velas Vallarta really is. Not only your words are evidence of that bond, but your spectacular photographs really transmit your family´s happiness. Donald, as a progressive company we are continually doing upgrades to the property and positive changes to the product. And I am sure that over the course of your six years with us you have seen quite a few changes for the better and I will continue on that same path of putting forth the best hotel in its category in Puerto Vallarta. As for the beach conditions, well it can be quite a challenge to change something that mother nature has done. Actually this year there were more waves, and the rocks that you saw one day could very well vanish the next. That is the power and elegance of the ocean.
