Dear Erin K, Thank you for sharing your comments following your recent stay at our resort. It was a pleasure to read you enjoyed your stay overall and thank you for acknowledging the efforts of the staff. I am surprised at your comments about the club as most guests comments on the great value for five meal services throughout the day, including pre- dinner cocktails and after dinner chocolates for just over 1,000 baht, which in Thailand can be 3 glasses of wine alone. As the hotel is on the side of a mountain the trade-off for better views, is unfortunately more steps unless you are prepared to wait for the bellman to be free to drive you to your room.
