Dear MySobriquet, First of all would like to extend my deepest gratitude to you for taking the time to write us such an extensive review. It actually covers every aspect of our property but you missed the Barci Club which is the kids Club that is located next to the Arubian Seafood Restaurant. It is a reel pleasure to read you had a wonderful time and enjoyed each and everyone of our services. We apologize for the SPA services not being what you expected. We will share your comments with the owner in order to make improvements. I really appreciate your kind words about the friendliness of our team member Veronica. She really makes this resort special with her natural traits of Aruban hospitality and spirit to serve. We are very happy you enjoyed all of our shows and we are sorry the Broadway Show did not meet your expectations. That particular night the team was not complete but the show had to continue and thy did the best they could with the staff available. I am relieved though that you did enjoy the other shows. Certainly there are areas for opportunities which we will surely take advantage of to make improvements. We are working very hard to improve every day and I look forward to welcome you back soon in order to show you the improvements.
