I was travelling with my friends from the Netherlands. We had 3 days in Kumarakom. First day was sunset viewing (with Shikara boat) in Kumarakom lake, second day was houseboat in backwaters of Alleppey. The last day we had a guided tour of fort cochin and experienced the kathakali dance show. I reached out Neenu just a week before our trip and she managed to plan everything for us. Which included guided tours and car arrangements. It is very impressive. She is very prompt on whatsapp message and calling. Before the trip she made sure we have the right information and timings. After the trip she called me to check if everything went okay or not. She is very concerned on giving her guests the best experience. She is also very friendly. To me it felt like a sister giving me suggestions and planning things for a good trip. She is a proper local born and brought up in Kumarakom. We had a beautifull trip on a houseboat going through the canals to the lake and back. Oud guide explaned a lot about daily life, nature and all we asked her. Halfway we got a supurb Indian lunch. It was a very pleasant day and we enjoyed a lot. Thank you Neenu.

We took a one bedroom Houseboat from Alleppey and stayed over night. It was amazing from start to finish. The organisation was perfect and as we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff and a welcome drink. We were introduced to our crew for the night. Chef and Driver who were friendly and very respectful of our privacy. The food was amazing with such a wide choice and impossible to eat it all and cooked to perfection. Once out on the boat, the backwaters were beautiful with a calmness so close to nature. The boat was traditional with beautiful furniture and spotlessly clean. I can only give a 5 star rating for the organisation and the whole experience. As it was my wifes birthday they had even organised a birthday cake surprise.

Just returned from 2 weeks touring kerela our first time in India. After much research we settled on Cab and Cruise Buddy for our transport. Neenu worked with us by WhatsApp until we decided on exactly what we required, she even booked our periyar boat ride for us when we couldn’t do it from the uk. When we stepped out the airport our driver Mr Nithin was waiting for us and throughout our tour he spoke excellent English, drove safely was prompt, car immaculate, he pointed out local things of interest and obliged by taking us to several government shops to stock up on beer and wine. Whilst on our trip neenu messaged to check everything was good and even came to visit us personally at our hotel. We left feeling like we had made great friends and if you’re looking for this level of service you can’t go wrong.
