    Wonderful gardens
This our second visit to Miserden and they are just fabulous gardens. This time there was a sculpture exhibition on which elevated the gardens to a whole new level. The views are wonderful and the gardens surprisingly extensive, with woodland walks as well as the formal areas. On our visit there was a great little cafe as well as plenty of seating so that added to the experience too and gave us a chance to sit down and relax before we explored the gardens. Our entry was free, as Historic Houses members but I think it's only £10 for a paying adult anyway.

Stunningly well kept garden with amazing views from all angles of the garden.
The best garden I have been to in the UK for a very long time stunning setting, lovely garden, amazing pieces of garden art to view and buy. The mobile cafe was fine but we were lucky that it was a sunny day. I would revisit the next time I’m in the county.

Fabulous flowers and sculptures in an idyllic setting.
Stunning gardens in a beautiful setting! This was our first visit and I would definitely go again at another time of year to see how the gardens change. This was a good time for dahlias, sweet peas and gladioli, as well as many of the flowers in the borders. Some of the roses were past their best, as was the lavender. I'm not sure I have ever seen such colourful, crowded borders. We were very lucky to catch the sculpture exhibition (well over 100 sculptures of all kinds). They surprised us at every turn. I very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility, which is why I would say it is not an ideal place for children who want somewhere to let off steam. Most of the flowered areas were on the level and easy to access, in my view. Some people had not realised that dogs are not allowed in the garden. HHA members are free.
