Todd was exceptional and greatly appreciated! He provided great patience and professional service as I planned my family's 2023 Family Gathering in Myrtle. I sought and requested a family gathering (group seating at the baseball games) and Todd provided a wonderful experience for us both nights. There are fireworks on Friday night, and they are wonderful!

First, let’s talk about the good—the stadium itself. The Myrtle Beach Pelicans Stadium doesn't have a bad seat. Whether you’re up close to the action or further back, every seat offers a great view of the game. The atmosphere is festive and lively, perfect for a family outing. I particularly enjoyed the entertaining "between inning" games that kept everyone engaged, especially the kids. Another highlight was the food options. The stadium impresses with a wide variety of choices that cater to all tastes. From classic ballpark hot dogs to more gourmet options, there’s something to satisfy every craving. Now, onto the bad—the long lines at the food outlets. Unfortunately, this was a significant downside to an otherwise enjoyable experience. The lines were very long at every food stand, and they moved at a slow pace. It was clear that the stadium could improve on the efficiency of their food service to enhance the overall fan experience. Lastly, the ugly—the antiquated ordering process. I was disappointed by the outdated method of ordering food. Instead of a modern system, we were assigned a handwritten number on a slip of paper. This contributed to the delays in receiving our food. Despite arriving 20 minutes before the game began, we didn’t get our order until the end of the second inning, which was disappointing. In conclusion, the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Stadium is a great venue for family fun. The energetic atmosphere and variety of food options make it a perfect outing. However, if you plan on enjoying anything cooked to order at the stadium, be prepared for long waits—arrive early to avoid disappointment. With some improvements in food service efficiency and modernization of their ordering process, this ballpark could easily enhance its already great reputation.

Great ticket prices for any size outing, however don't recommend sitting in first row along base lines, the netting is really slack and is close to you so definitely not for those that aren't paying attention the whole game. Friendly staff around the ballpark, Food and beverage prices are slightly better than some of the parks in have visited in the region. Large selection of items in the team store. Score board could use an update. Overall good experience for a Low A level ballpark.
