If you're not happy here, you are on the wrong place! Find the "kick" for everyone, big or small. When it's crowded the buy a "Fast Lane Pass" (not cheap but you can save a lot of time... Disappointing is a little bit the 30$ for the Car Parking per day, but you will forget this after a day in the park!
Hi there, We appreciate your review! I'll be sure to share your comments regarding the price for parking with the proper leadership teams. We look forward to seeing you again soon, and I suggest enjoying Revenge of the Mummy on your next visit! - Emily

    Great experience 🤩
We were there on a Thursday and had already bought the tickets online the evening before. At the Will Call counter, the QR code received via email was scanned and the tickets including the express pass were issued. The waiting times were on average around 20 minutes - so buying the express pass wasn't absolutely necessary. But it was still cool because you got there even faster with the express ticket 👍🏼 It also meant that I was able to ride the Rip Ride Rockit twice, for example 😎
Hello! Thank you for your feedback - we appreciate it! I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your trip to Universal Studios Florida and took advantage of your Universal Express Passes! I hope you'll be able to visit us again soon and be sure to ride Revenge of the Mummy next time! - Emily

    Amazing time
Crazy time here, bought many things such as duff beer from the simpsons, minions popsicles, and bags of candy. The best coaster in my opinion was the Rip Ride Rockit. the scariest part is going up, because it feels like you’re gonna fall out of your seat.
Hi Wyatt, Thank you so much for your review! I am so happy to hear you enjoyed yourself during your visit and enjoyed many of our delicious treats. On your next visit, I definitely recommend experiencing a day at Universal Islands of Adventure and stopping by the Green Eggs and Ham Cafe for some delicious Buffalo Chicken Tots. We look forward to your next vacation with us! -Laura

    A little expensive but fun
It is definitely a place to visit, but there are generally similar attractions. It gives you the right to a fast pass, but it is not necessary because it is very expensive. If you are childless and waiting in line is not a problem, you can ride all of them once. When we went, Harry Potter and one other ride were closed. Fortunately, such mishaps can happen. Jimmy fallon is not very preferred but should definitely be tried. The transition takes place around 18:00, so don't expect much. For families with children, they allowed us to exchange children and take turns, which made our job much easier.
Hi! We appreciate your review! I'll be sure to share your comments regarding attraction downtimes with the proper leadership teams. We look forward to seeing you again soon, and I suggest enjoying E.T. Adventure on your next visit! - Emily

    SUPERB PARK
Really not disappointed because the park is really superb. the harry potter and simpson part are great. The very negative point will unfortunately be the price. It is exaggerated and if you take the wire-cut tickets it becomes madness.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed your visit, including our immersive themed lands. Hopefully you were able to stop by Revenge of the Mummy, as it's one of my favorite attractions! That said, I apologize for any disappointment with prices throughout the park, and I'll be sure your feedback is shared with the proper teams. We hope to welcome you back soon! -Samantha

    Amazing place!
We had an amazing and memorable day at Universal Studios! The new Minion land is absolutely incredible, a highlight of the day was the minion cafe, such a fun experience! The rides are all amazing, wait times were bearable, we just managed to do everything that we wanted. There really was something for everyone and I think the theming here is fantastic, as a massive Disney fan I have been converted to Universal on my recent trip to Orlando! Next time we will stay at a Universal hotel to experience some of the perks offered, especially early entry!
Hi Jess, Thank you for your incredible review! I am thrilled to hear you had an incredible time with us and enjoyed Illumination’s Minion Cafe. On your next visit, I highly recommend staying at my favorite Hotel Resort: Loews Royal Pacific Resort. We can't wait to welcome you back soon! -Laura

    Worth every penny
I took my kids 14 & 9 in April, and we had the best time! I love Harry Potter and had been a few times prior and loved it. I couldn't wait till my kids were big enough to take and finally got the chance. Absolutely the best choice I have made. Both of my kids loved the rollercoasters and all the themes in the park. We missed a few rides that we had intended on riding but got caught up riding Velocicoaster (our favorite), Hagrid's Motorbike and the Hulk. We loved the Harry Potter parts of the park my 9 yr old in particular, the Wand show in Ollivander's was great, she was chosen and loved it. She truly enjoyed casting spells with her wand, and said she wishes there were more places to do magic. My son (14 yr old) was all about the thrill of the coasters and was amazed at the way the park was set up. We plan to get annual passes and make that our family vacation yearly along with weekend trips for their birthdays.
Hi Brandi! Thank you for the incredible review. We truly appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback, and I will be sure to pass it along to the proper teams. On your next visit, I definitely recommend checking out Universal Volcano Bay for more fun for everyone! We hope to welcome you into our UOAP Family soon! - Ashley

    Neil Boodram made our day!
So, after a day of heatstroke and throwing up at Magic Kingdom, we headed on over to Universal Studios. The layout was ten times easier to navigate than Disney. The rides and attreactions were awesome! My Kids had a blast! The biggest downfall was the "Express Pass". The regular ticket was $149 and to add the express pass was another $202!! Crazy! Disney's Lighning passes were $29. So, that said I wanted to write this review mainly because of the interaction I had with one of their team members. As I waited for my "monions" to depart Kang and Kodos Twirl, I chatted with a young man named Neil Boodram. We chatted about where he was from and how he got to Universal. I told him about myself and the prior day as I was stealing some shade under his umbrella. LOL Neil was genuinely sorry for my expereince and offered me some single use express passes for my family. I was floored! Are you kidding me? Who does that these days? Then, he walked us over to the Simpsons ride an escorted us on. Becuase the room on the Simpsons ride malfunctioned, he offered us more passes! I was floored! I can't comment enough on the hospitality of Neil. He made our day and then some. As a retired manager of a major goverment Liquor Store, Neil is the kind of team member I looked for when hiring and I'm sure is an asset to the Unversal family. Thanks Neil!
Hi Glenn, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review! I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed your visit with us. Hopefully you were able to stop by Revenge of the Mummy, as it's one of my favorites at the park! It's also wonderful to see that Neil provided such exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. I'll be sure your kind words are documented in order to be shared with the appropriate leadership teams so that Neil can be recognized! That said, I apologize for any disappointment with our Express Pass pricing, and I'll be sure your feedback is documented to be passed along. We hope to see you again soon! -Samantha

    Universal Park experience
My first visit to a theme park! First thing, the place is pretty big although, I've been told, not as big a Disney. Second, the tickets aren't cheap. You'll easily pay $200 a person for single day tickets to Universal Studios and Island Adventure. Third, be aware of the weather. Even late April/ early May can easily over 30c/86f, so plan accordingly. There's not a lot of shade, so use the shops/rides for the a/c. The park is, however, amazing with loafs of rides just be aware of the potentially long wait times (posted around the park so you can plan which rides to visit better). Tip: each a big breakfast, usually included at most hotels. That way you can try to avoid the very pricey food in the park.
Hi Ian, Thank you for sharing this review with us! I love seeing how much you enjoyed our attractions - even with the longer wait times; although, I do regret any disappointment with our pricing and with the shade available throughout the parks. I'll be sure your feedback regarding this is passed along to the proper teams, and hope we can welcome you back for an even better adventure in the future. I encourage checking out the fun over at Universal Volcano Bay for a different kind of thrill when you return! -Chrisy

A Great Theme Park Even If It Is Too Expensive
After a somewhat disappointing visit to Islands of Adventure, we had a really good visit next door at Universal Studios Orlando. We learned a valuable lesson: visit theme parks before schools are out in late May. Other than paying $141 for each ticket, we enjoyed USO more than IoA for the first time! We arrived at 9 am again, and it was a great morning. It was in the upper 80’s, but the cloudy skies made it feel more like the 70’s. There were hardly any lines, so we quickly got on every ride. The highlight of the day was the very first ride you come to, the Ripride Rocket. Like the Hulk and VelociCoaster, it is not for the faint of heart, but it’s another great ride. One in our family likes the Mummy ride the most. We didn’t make the time to review the USO restaurants like we did IoA, so we went with Mel’s Diner, which is decent theme park fare. We enjoyed chicken strips, a hot dog and a salad for $56, a little higher than and not as good as Three Broomsticks the day before. $4.50 for a soft drink and NO free refills is frustrating! After lunch we went to the Jason Bourne Stunt-tacular. It’s a good show and a nice break from the heat. When we came out of the theater, the clouds were gone and the heat returned. As I said about IoA, we wish they had more shade and more places to sit. A second visit to Kings Crossing and the world of Harry Potter was just what we needed. It really feels like you are in the land of wizards. Take your kids to see the “show” at Ollivander’s Wand Shop.
Hi David, Thank you for your feedback! I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit with us, and I will be sure to share your concerns with the appropriate teams. I highly recommend checking out one of my favorite shows here at Universal Studios Florida, Animal Actors On Location!, next time! We can't wait to see you again! - Emily
