Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus is one of the most beautiful railway stations I’ve ever seen. The intricate Victorian Gothic architecture is truly breathtaking, with stunning details at every corner that make it more than just a transportation hub - it’s a piece of history and art. However, while the beauty is undeniable, the station is incredibly crowded at almost all times of the day. Navigating through the throngs of commuters can be overwhelming, especially during rush hours. I had the chance to visit CSMT, which is arguably the most impressive and beautiful structure situated in Mumbai. More impressively, the station's maintenance was quite impressive as it was well-maintained, and the eye-catching interior of the premises left a remarkable impression on me as the outside was equally spectacular. What excited me most, however, was the potential of transferring from one platform to another almost effortlessly. One does not have to search for stairs or elevators because every platform is accessed from a single easy point. Now, all these features are wonderful because they make every interaction comfortable and effortless. It is really an asset of Mumbai as it has within it so many years of rich history yet is so contemporary at the same time.

Wow ! What an amazing building. The garlic architecture is quite stunning. Possibly the almost impressive structure in Mumbai. A great place to visit by day or night. At nighttime, the place is illuminated and it changes colour. Everyone visiting Mimbai should come here.

Boy what a building. Very very busy place. Worth having a walk around. Watch out for rip off taxi fares from here. We walked away and ordered an Uber for a quarter of the price. The toilets are an experience some European people may find a shock 😲
