Yet again I was amazed at the wonderful history of India. The fort is a masterpiece and in many ways as beautiful as the Taj The stone work and carving are incredible especially as they were all handmade . If you’re really lucky you may even see the monkeys !

We went after visiting the Taj Mahal. Very well preserved and already the last palace on our trip that began in Delhi, so it is wrong to say that it seems like just another one, but it is worth it to end the morning or the day. Beautiful landscaped entrance façade and photos with the Taj Mahal in the background.

The fort is definitely worth a visit if in Agra. There are good views of the Taj and lots to see in the fort itself. However, a lot of the spaces are quite empty and without our guide we wouldn’t have picked up on all the stories. Still well worth a visit.

Probably, if you have already arrived in Agra, then you need to visit, but we were here after the Taj Mahal and Amber Fort in Jaipur, so the impressions were very modest. The fort is small (compared to Amber Fort), we walked around all the accessible places in just 30 minutes. Crowds of people that fill the entire space and make it impossible to take photographs without people. Part of the fort (I felt like the most interesting) was closed to the public... Tickets are sold only in cash, you cannot pay by card, and for some reason online purchases did not work on the website...

After visiting the Taj Mahal, I was surprised when my Guide told me that I had to pay the 600 INR entrance fee. Thought it was already included in the Agra Tour Package that cost me $120.00! There are several small palaces to visit inside the Red Fort. They were constructed in honor of the family members of the Royal Family. Took some pictures here. Taj Mahal can be seen from the distance from here when it is sunny and not foggy. Highly recommended to visit.

I could say that if you’ve seen one Fort in India, you’ve seen them all because the intricate designs are a pattern in every one of them. Nevertheless, this fort is well work a visit, but hire a guide who can share some history about the design and various sections. It won’t disappoint.

Agra fort is worth a visit if you are in Agra. The sprawling fort with its huge darwaza and a rich history would woo you. And if you can, don't miss seeing the seesh mahal. You will see some wonder to last you a lifetime.

It was a good place to visit with family and friends. Well worth a visit. Spent about an hour exploring, fantastic architecture and history. Very crowded but Suggest best way to avoid the queues is to visit with an organized tour. Great attraction.

This was a beautiful fort. We visited early to beat the crowds and we were successful as the buses were arriving when we were leaving. There were a lot of rooms, halls, courtyards and some beautiful marble work. There were signs next to almost everything explaining what you were looking at. There were many parts that were closed. We did not go inside the mosque. There were some views of Taj Mahal but there was a lot of smog so it was not a pretty sight.
